Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with prior notice.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via PhonePe Limited (registered in India). Your billing information must be accurate and up-to-date. Failed or non-processed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Suryansh Kushwaha are non-refundable. This means that once the service fee is charged, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused services. Exceptions to this policy may only be granted if required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, brand assets, Suryansh Kushwaha's name, logo, and proprietary prompt library are the intellectual property of Kushwaha & Co. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our materials or tools without express written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
All information, videos, and mentorship sessions provided on this Platform are based on the personal experience and opinion of Suryansh Kushwaha. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we make no representation or warranty regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Platform does not guarantee any outcome such as admission to educational institutions, successful visa applications, or housing arrangements in Singapore. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising directly or indirectly from your use of the information, videos, or mentorship session services. 8. Disclaimer of Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates AI technologies from third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity AI, etc.). We do not claim ownership over their outputs, and their respective terms & policies also apply to your use of certain features.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kushwaha & Co., its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws, or misuse of the Platform or its content.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, internet outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, misuse our Services, or engage in unlawful activities. Termination shall not affect any accrued rights or obligations prior to such termination. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
12. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Platform on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kushwaha & Co. will not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
13. Age & Parental Consent
The Platform is not directed towards children under the minimum digital consent age in their country (13 in the US; 16 in the EU unless lowered by law). By using this Platform, you confirm that you meet the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction or have obtained verifiable parental consent.
